Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

The following items may be non-returnable:

• Electrical components

• Installed or used parts

• Special-order GM parts

• VIN-programmed components

• Opened sealed products

• Clearance or discontinued items

Returned items must:

• Be in original packaging

• Be unused and uninstalled

• Include all original materials

• Meet return authorization requirements

Because many OEM GM parts are special-order items sourced directly from manufacturer distribution networks, approved returns may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. This fee helps cover manufacturer return charges, inventory processing, inspection, packaging, and shipping costs associated with automotive parts handling.

To help customers avoid unnecessary return costs, we strongly encourage submitting your VIN# during checkout so our GM Parts Specialists can verify exact fitment before your order ships.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by our company.
